Hi,
There is this girl in my school that i am head over
heels about. I know a bit about her like her
name,age, grade e.t.c. She`s 16 and Im 18. I have not
spoke to her before but have smiled at her once as we
had a class together but no longer. What should i do
in order to ask her out? She is so much wealthier(
richer) than me, and i want to know if that matters?
She has a car and i dont, so how would dating be
possible? Also how would i also go about asking her
out?
Please help!
Hi:
I`m very sorry to say, but the money might be a problem.
Unfortunately teenagers, especially those who`ve not had
to work for their spending money, can often be extremely
materialistic and look down their noses at those who can`t
afford the same luxuries as they can.
I have no idea if this is the case with your girl, but you need
to find out first. I went to a high school with almost
4,000 people in it and managed to get the scoop on just
about anyone I wanted - through a network of friends.
Don`t you know someone who knows someone who
knows her? You need to set up a network of friends to
find out more about her, is she seeing someone already
etc. etc.
Do you have any interests in common? It
doesn`t look like you can afford to take her out on a
grand date (and frankly in high school I think it`s better
that you don`t) but perhaps you enjoy some of the
same interests, maybe you could go to a sporting
event or a movie... but first you`ve got to find out more
about her, and secondly you`ve got to start up a friendly
small, short, sweet conversation when you see her.
Asking a girl out, out of the blue, usually doesn`t have
great results unless you`re the star athlete of your
school. So give yourself a break, find out more
about her first and then charm your way into her
heart.
Good luck!
